So we ordered a potting shed from urban grow which arrived on the day we asked for. We had a problem with a part of the roofing felt which was too short to finish the roof. I sent an email to urban grow and within 10 minutes they had responded and they contacted their supplier. I was informed today that a replacement would be sent immediately.from their supplier. We received another email from urban grow to see if we were happy with the outcome. Such excellent response really impressed with the customer service received. The Potting shed is well worth what we paid and I would recommend urban grow to everyone.

Ordered a shed from Urban Grow back in March. Delivery was organised through a 3rd party and communication was spot on. My shed was delivered on time and I built it within a day. Really happy with the quality, no missing parts and everything fitted together as it should. Not long ago I was back in touch with Urban Grow regarding a misplaced invoice and Jonathan was able to help me out almost immediately. Amazing customer service. I wouldn't hesitate to use Urban Grow in the future, highly recommended.

I recently had a pent roof potting shed delivered and I would highly recommend this shed to every keen gardener. Marvellous quality, sturdy soild materials, panels arrived already glazed with toughened safety glass which made installation very easy. This shed arrived on the day it was quoted to arrive which has become a rare occurence in this strange time. I cannot praise them enough, great company!!!

Top quality design and construction. Good clear instructions on how to assemble with all screws etc provided. Took a full day to put up but the result is superb, could not be more pleased. Delivery driver was very helpful taking the pallet next to our garden gate. Our two rabbits and one guinea pig love their new home! The younger rabbit loves to sit on the lower shelf looking out of the window. Overall, a first class building at a very good price.

I decided to top up my order with a shed base and that was handled smoothly with reassurances that both the shed and base would arrive together. Took delivery last week of shed and base and it now stands proudly in my garden! We purchased the 8x6 potting shed for our vegetable garden. Absolutely delighted with this product, it arrived perfectly palletised with all required fixtures and fittings. Assembly was relatively easy especially with the online tutorials. A few minor aesthetic issues were all that prevented this review receiving ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. We would definitely recommend this product wholeheartedly.

I had been searching for a potting shed that I liked for a few months, I almost left buying one until early next year. Then I came across Urban Grow selling sheds, they had the exact shed I was looking for plus it was cheaper than others. I ordered the shed and within a few days a received a call to arrange delivery, speed wasn't important as I had to take down my old shed and prepare the ground. Delivery day was yesterday, I had not received any message on the morning of the delivery, I had no way to track it. I emailed Urban Grow on the off chance that someone would reply, within 30 -45 minutes I received a call from Jonathan the Director. Jonathan chased up the delivery company and called me back to say it was on the truck and would be with me before 6pm and he would call be back later to check. At 2:25pm my shed arrived, reading the Q&As it said that the shed would arrive on a palate to which i thought I would need to lift the sections into the garage myself. However the delivery driver was excellent, using his trolley he parked the whole shed still packed on the palate in my garage. I text Jonathan straight away to thank him for his help and great service. 10/10

Fantastic company , service abs support is excellent. Feels very trustworthy as personal service. The shed is extremely well built , easy to construct with clear instructions. Delivered on time and helpful delivery driver. The shed is made of thick good timber which fitted together really well , having never down this before. The shed is solid and exactly as shown on the website. The company was quick to reply to any queries I had due to Covid snd delivery time. I highly recommend this company for its products and service.

I have the medium heated propagator and it’s been invaluable starting off my tomatoes, chillies and aubergine seeds for the upcoming growing season. It came really well packaged with no unnecessary packaging and no set up was necessary. Undo the box and plug in and you’re ready to go . It’s a neat design that sits perfectly on my windowsill . Two opening vents in the top of the cover are easy to turn to allow air flow as and when it’s needed . A great product from a friendly company . I love it 🌱

Delivery of my 6 x 6 potting shed was when it was promised and the driver was very helpful. Urban Grow have been very prompt in answering all my queries and I would recommend them to anyone. As for the quality of the shed - it will be built on Friday (4th Dec) so watch this space - as they say!
