Worst accommodation experience ever in my life. They say We work for YOU but it is simply insane that the owner will easily start calling you blatant and berate you over very trivial matters. He is only interested in making himself feel good rather than serving his guests. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable for someone in hospitality. Surely not someone I would want to deal with on a personal level, let alone a business. Maybe I should post the owner’s ridiculous and derogatory chats here?

A hidden gem! We had a wonderful stay at Bank Chambers and would recommend it to anyone (I’m sure their London and Norfolk apartments would be no different!). The attention to detail is second to none and really makes the apartment feel like a home from home. Would definitely recommend a stay!
