Just this morning ( 28/11 )had a new loft hatch and ladders fitted by Yorkshire Loft Ladders. The fitter Jan has done a superb job, so good that I have been left with no re decorating to do. He was polite and left everything clean and tidy. Would not hesitate in recommending this company. Steve Neal

Really impressed with Yorkshire Loft Ladders. To be honest I stumbled across them on Google after searching for another company with a similar name! Really glad I found them. We've had the whole central part of the loft boarded. A job which included removing some old hardware (old water tank and heating ducts). Great workmanship. Professional and tidy job and all at a great price. Would be happy to recommend them.

Excellent!! I had a couple of quotes from the Checkatrade (top rated people in my area), and YLL came 60% cheaper than the second cheapest!! If it wasn't for the fact that work colleague used their services and recommended them, I'd be suspicious... One of the other quotes stated it'll take 2 - 3 days to remove the old hatch and install a new hatch with a ladder in a different location, top up insulation, and board 100sq ft. It took 4 hours for a couple of lads from YLL! They patched nicely hole after old hatch and even cleaned after themselves 😊 YLL allow card payments, so if you want this extra protection (not that you would need it), you can use a credit card. This in by itself is a green flag for me!

These guys are great! Responded quickly, came out to look and found a solution to my issue!! My very old ladders were solid but broken catch and couldn't buy the parts anymore. Warren went above and beyond to fix them not replace them because they were basically solid. He salvaged parts and called out to sort it for me! Too many companies would just tell you they don't do repairs. I'm very grateful these were the 1s I contacted. Honestly can't thank you enough. When they do need replacing it'll be these guys doing it!

Turned up on time. Fitters courteous and friendly. Fitted and cleaned up in about 2 hours including widening the loft access. Excellent job.

YLL did a fantastic job of boarding our loft and fitting the ladder and hatch. It was a job I almost considered doing myself but seeing how much work was involved I am glad I got the professionals in. The lads were great and the final finish was better than I was expecting. Would definitely recommend these guys if you want to get your loft done.

Cannot fault these guys. Responded really quickly to my query. Came out and gave me a guaranteed quote. The guys who came out arrived on time, really friendly and obviously very skilled at their jobs. Had to problem solve throughout this "simple" job and did so in a really efficient way. Tripled my useable loft space within 4 hours! Left the house very tidy. Would recommend to anyone. Thank you very much

Really pleased with the service from Yorkshire Loft ladders from the quote to installation. They turned up on time, quickly explained the process and I left them too it while I worked downstairs. A few hours later I now have a tonne of storage space in the loft and it’s a really tidy job, they even hoovered up all the wood dust. Would highly recommend
